simple church Easter Vigil: In-home Easter Vigil service of light and darkness, to draw us as the family of God into the resurrection light of Christ. Saturday, 5 p.m. on Facebook.

We are a community of prayer, love and service.

simple church is a community of folks cultivating calm, centered and compassionate lives. As a community we will strive to live life based on three simple rules:

1. Do no harm

2. Do good

3. Stay in love with God

The Sunday evening gatherings are intimate, informal and a contemplative time of meditation. We hear a talk and are able to share from our own experience. We end with a sacred meal of Holy Communion.

2nd Sundays at 6 p.m.
Fireside Room

simple supper is a potluck gathering of the simple church community. At simple church, we strive to live by a rule of life in three simple rules: do no harm, do good, stay/grow in love with God. This has never been easy, but the first church in Acts 2 laid a foundation. They implemented a simple program to support one another in Christian living: prayer, study, fellowship, and eating together. Sharing a meal has always been a holy act of hospitality and of fellowship, and there is no reason to make it complicated; bring a dish to share, eat, and enjoy. There is no need to RSVP, all are welcome, and we will celebrate with those who are present.

So join the simple church community after worship at 6 p.m. in the Fireside Room on the 2nd Sunday of each month.
