From World Communion Sunday to the Blessing of the Animals to the 20th Celebration of our Prayer Quilt Ministry to the Preschool Fall Festival and on to Children’s Sabbath, we will be celebrating our way through October!

It’s fun to think of all the ways that the ministries and mission of First UMC bless so many throughout our community of faith and beyond each and every day, week, and month. From big festivities to whispered prayers, we share God’s love with those near and those far and wide.

Jesus put it this way: “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Let us be known by our love, and by the love of God shining through all that we do and in the very people that we are.
