Join us this morning at the 37th annual Rev. Dr Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration, held virtually by the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Westside Coalition! The event begins at 9 a.m. and will feature keynote speaker, LZ Granderson. There will also be live music and spoken words. This year's theme is "the time is always right to do what is right."

For more than half a century, United Methodists have observed Human Relations Day, a churchwide special Sunday in recognition of the message Jesus demonstrated during his life: all of God’s children are important. Here at First UMC, we celebrate the missions and outreach programs we participate in that help bridge the gap between church and community. We are all family.
