We believe that children’s faith formation happens through a variety of experiences and styles of learning. For this reason, our Sunday School program is a rotational program consisting of Bible study and crafts, music and hand-bells, and monthly service projects.
The Sunday School Curriculum is called Deep Blue. We believe that one of the ways God works to give us hearts after Jesus Christ’s own heart is through the searching and study of Scripture. In Sunday School we try to empower kids with age-appropriate bible skills that will help them come to know God through Scripture for themselves.
Make a Joyful Noise
Children’s Church is a monthly gathering for children to learn about God and God’s loving activity in the world through singing, instruments and movement.
Faith in Action Sundays

Projects vary from crafty outreach such as making Christmas Cards for shut-ins, to community-focused projects such as gathering and donating school supplies for local students. This is an opportunity for children to reach out into their community and their world with grace and love. www.santamonicaumc.org/faith-in-action
