ANNOUNCEMENT: We are saddened to announce that VBS will not be held in-person this summer. Our top priority during this time is the safety of the community, church staff and volunteers, and especially you, the families and kids who enjoy VBS each year. However, we are resourceful, resilient, dedicated and faithful people. So we are excited to offer you an alternative: VBS at Home!
We know this isn’t the same as VBS in person. The volunteers and I will certainly miss seeing all of the kids but we do hope your family will still be able to benefit from and enjoy this at-home VBS summer adventure!

VBS at Home
How it works:
Once you fill out the online registration form, we will send you a VBS Box complete with 1 week’s worth of crafts and science fun, Bible stories and reflections, a mission project, daily prayers and snacks.
In addition to the Box, you will receive a Daily Guide by email that will make the VBS experience come alive for your kids. Each Guide includes a 30-minute interactive video with a Bible story, songs your kids can dance and sing along to, our favorite VBS puppet, and more!

The VBS Box is available to all children preschool age and up (most supplies work for all ages, however, some will be tailored to your child’s age range).
When can we register?
Registration is now open and will remain open throughout the summer.
When do we receive our Box & Daily Guide emails?
Volunteers will begin shipping out the VBS Boxes around June 30 and thereafter as registrations are received. The Daily Guide emails will be released the week of July 6 (our official VBS week) however all families will have access to the Guides once registration is received, even if you sign up after the week of July 6.
How much is VBS?
$20 per family to help cover the cost of supplies and shipping. Scholarships are available – please contact us for details.

VBS 2020 Theme:
Knights of North Castle
North Castle is hidden in a frozen land. The King’s valiant Knights are on a quest in search of the King’s Armor. But the armor isn’t what they think it is.
Knights of North Castle: Quest for the King’s Armor, invites children to be strong in the Lord and in the strength of God’s power by exploring how we put on the armor of God. Kids will become brave Knights and begin their quest each session by opening the King’s Book. They’ll explore Old and New Testament stories and discover different pieces of protective armor—the Belt of Truth, the Breastplate of Justice, the Shoes of Peace, the Shield of Faith, and the Helmet of Salvation—at work in the lives of Bible characters, and explore how that armor works in their own lives as they follow and serve God.
Help kids take up the gauntlet this summer and accept the challenge to “armor up” and be strong by remaining with God and sharing God’s love in a world that needs it more than ever.
What is VBS?
Vacation Bible School is a one week long, half-day summer program full of fun, music, scripture and stories, science projects, prayer and missions. There is a small fee per child/family. The entire program, from start to finish, is run mostly by the generous hearts of volunteer church members, youth earning their service credits, and parents.
