Anne Premer, Congregation Care Associate, has information on The Five Wishes, which is the first easy-to-use Living Will that talks about your personal, emotional and spiritual needs as well as your medical wishes. You may request our Memorial/Funeral Planning Guide for reference now and in the future. Advance planning is always welcome, as you share with us your favorite Scriptures and hymns.
